About Me. Dave Galloway

I am a retired Police Inspector with 30 years of service at Cleveland Police, where I ultimately led a 24/7 Response Team. Since retiring in 2018, I founded Enhance Personal Training Ltd, providing coaching in assessment centres, interview techniques, and presentation skills. Through the company, I also deliver project management and group training, drawing on my experience in investigation, conflict management, evidence gathering, and communication. I hold a Master’s Degree in Management from Sunderland University.

My current project involves establishing a Drug Driving Course in partnership with government departments across the Teesside area. I also work alongside training providers including Acton Chase Associates and Peter Stanley Training to support the training of enforcement and fire officers. In addition, I collaborate with Northern Safety Ltd on a Lone Worker Course and work in Stadium Control at Middlesbrough Football Club on event days.

Whilst I am employed as a Safety Steward within the ground’s Control Room, I have been given extra responsibility to assist with the Recruiting, Retention and Training of Safety Stewards. Attending Career’s Fairs and interviewing potential recruits to the Football Club. I have also been tasked to organise an annual training day for all stewards in the close season.

Grassroots Football Sponsorship

Enhance Personal Training Ltd are proud to be able to assist local grassroots football by sponsoring a local junior football team as well as a respected local football coach. I will be entering my third year of these sponsorships for the 2025/2026 season.
