One to One Coaching
I provide one-to-one support for test preparation, assessment exercises, and interview coaching, helping clients understand the purpose of assessments, effective preparation strategies, and marking criteria without providing answers directly. This includes support for applications and promotions, such as preparing candidates for Police Service recruitment using the Competency and Values Framework (CVF).
Project Management
I am currently working with Project ADDER to support the implementation of changes to Road Traffic Legislation, aiming to align drug driving offences with existing drink driving laws. I successfully negotiated the launch of these courses in collaboration with national government departments, including the Home Office, Department for Transport, and Ministry of Justice. Teesside was selected as a national pilot area, where the first Drug Drive Behaviour Courses have now been delivered.
Group Training Courses
Collaborating with Acton Chase Associate and Northern Safety Limited, I have trained groups from local authorities and a major housing provider in the North East. Courses include Induction for New Employees and Continuous Professional Development (CPD). Topics covered are Conflict Management, Risk Assessment, Evidence Gathering, Presenting Evidence, and Seizure Retention. Additionally, I provide training in Basic Self Defence and Breakaway Techniques for the housing provider.
Motivational Speaking
I have attended and I have bookings to attend, various groups ranging from unemployed people to college and university student groups. This is to discuss how to approach organising how to decide on future career paths or what may be needed to follow their chosen development paths.
